With the lack of water in the channel at Mankwe Dam, Pilanesberg, we were surprised to see two fairly large crocs cruising up and down and close together
The Grey Heron nearby was not worried, so that should have been a clueâŠ. I thought we might see some interaction between the crocs, and then I realised that they were actually fishing in the shallows! We definitely saw them catch two fish, and they might also have caught two others, because we saw them snap, but as they were not facing us, we could not be sureâŠ
